UCN’s Workforce Development program prepares youth, young adults, parents, caregivers, and community members for meaningful employment and long-term career success. Through workforce training, industry certifications, professional development, and career readiness support, participants gain the skills and knowledge to enter and advance in the workforce.

 

Our workforce pathways help individuals secure living-wage employment while strengthening long-term economic mobility for families and communities — including dedicated second-chance pathways for individuals with prior system involvement.
