Jackie Autman

Bio: Jackie Autman

A native Houstonian and Texas Southern University alumna, Jackie Autman currently serves as the Co-Executive Director of The People’s Legal Clinic and Founder and Principal Consultant for The Keys to Organizational Management.  With an intrapreneurial spirit and a proven track record in fund development and crisis management, she has over thirty years of experience bringing strategic thinking, fundraising, organizational management and development to nonprofit organizations and small businesses. She is the former Executive Director of Crossroads: Community Partnership for Youth, Harris County’s first mentoring program for system involved youth and the former executive director of CASA for Kids: South Central Texas where she served Austin, Colorado, Washington, and Waller Counties. 

In her spare time, Ms. Autman serves as the board chair for 4th Quarter Performance Training and board member of Urban Community Network. She also serves on the Legal and Social Justice Ministry and is an advisor for Project Hope (a juvenile diversion program) at Good Hope Missionary Baptist Church, where she is a member. She is also a member of Houston Trail Blazers’ League of Business and Professional Women, Women on Par, International Lions Service Club, and an American Leadership Forum (ALF) Senior Fellow.

She is passionate about juvenile justice, economic development, and affordable health care. Her other passions include golf, karate, swimming, and running full marathons.  She is best known in the community and at work for motivating and supporting others in reaching their goals.
