Tikila Antoinette Adolph is a Broker Associate and co-Team Leader of The Adolph Group, alongside her husband and business partner of 26 years, Willie Adolph. Together they proudly serve the Katy, Houston, Cypress, Fulshear, and Richmond markets. Licensed since 2005 and a Texas Broker since 2020, Tikila has spent more than two decades helping over 150 families achieve homeownership while building a reputation for integrity, excellence, and servant leadership.
A TREC-approved continuing education instructor, Tikila is passionate about elevating the real estate profession through education. She is the founder of A.D.O.L.P.H. Advantage Coaching, where she mentors and coaches agents in building purposeful, productive businesses, and co-owner of TAG School of Real Estate LLC.
Tikila is the published author of A Million Is Not Enough: Let’s Strive For More, co-author of Ladies, Lift Up The Toilet Seat, and a contributing author to several additional published works. She co-hosts the podcast Reality Check with The Adolphs alongside Willie. Her entrepreneurial portfolio includes WTA Travel Agency, Super Woman Sisters Worldwide (a women’s empowerment organization she founded), and Three Cord Marriages, a faith-based marriage ministry she leads with Willie. She is also a licensed notary, licensed insurance agent, community leader, and philanthropist. Tikila is a member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, and holds memberships with NAR, TAR, and HAR.
In recognition of her impact, the City of Houston and District B declared March 1st “Tikila Adolph Day.” She honors this legacy by hosting an annual awards ceremony each March, celebrating excellence in her community, and an annual couples retreat every October through Three Cord Marriages, creating space for couples to strengthen their faith and their marriages. Tikila has also served on the Urban Community Network (UCN) Board of Directors.
Grounded in faith and driven by legacy, Tikila believes leadership is about lifting others as they climb. She and Willie have been happily married 26 years and are devoted to their family, their faith, and their calling to serve their community with excellence and heart.
